Get an entry removed
Send the handle. If it is yours and you did not pay for it, say so and it comes off, no questions asked. Same if the account belongs to a minor, or if an entry is being used to harass someone.
Report a problem
A payment that never appeared, a wrong amount, a broken page. Include the handle and roughly when it happened, it makes it far quicker to find.
